1. Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details of the withdrawal information (including the period, how to exercise withdrawal, and the consequences of withdrawal) are provided during the Digistore24 ordering process and in the order confirmation.
Note on digital content
For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if you expressly agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and you confirm your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This is typically requested during checkout.
2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw, please preferably use the process provided by Digistore24 (e.g., via the information in your order confirmation) or send us an unambiguous statement by email to support@unleash-wp.com.

3. Voluntary 60-day refund policy (“60-day guarantee”)
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 60-day refund promise from the date of purchase for many of our digital products. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
How it works
Send an email within 60 days to office@unleash-wp.com including:
- Proof of purchase / order email (Digistore24)
- Product name (or membership)
- a short request for a refund
If the requirements are met, the refund will be initiated via Digistore24 to the original payment method.
Exceptions / abuse
The 60-day guarantee does not apply in cases of abuse (e.g., sharing/publishing content, repeated refunds of similar products within a short period, or demonstrably improper behavior). In the event of a refund, access to digital content/accounts may be terminated.
4. Memberships (cancellation)
Memberships can be cancelled monthly. Billing is carried out for the respective month of use. After effective cancellation, the membership ends at the end of the already paid month of use; after that, no further charges apply and access to membership content ends.
5. Refunds & processing time
Refunds are initiated via Digistore24 to the original payment method. The actual credit may take a few days depending on the payment method and payment service provider.
